Standard Delivery for orders below £100 is £4.95, Standard Delivery for Orders over £100 is free. 2-5 Business days Days - Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.
Express Delivery is £7.95. 1-2 Business Days - Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Orders placed before 1 PM will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed later than 1 PM will be shipped on the following business day. Orders placed later than 1pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday

We are unable to deliver to the EU / Worldwide at the moment via the website.
CLICK AND COLLECT – PICK UP IN STORE
You can visit us in store for a quick, easy and free way to collect your order. Not only can you pick up your purchase, but you can also meet the team and see if anything else takes your fancy. You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready to collect. Then simply pop up in store giving your name and order ID to a member of the team. Please bring the card you used for payment and a photo ID when collecting your order.

PACKAGING
Please note we are a small independent business and your order may have been picked from our shop floor, if this is the case, the manufacturers original packaging will have been removed and your item may be hand wrapped in tissue paper, as we try to avoid using plastic packaging where possible.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
To be notified of our free shipping promotions or other offers valid on our site via email, simply sign up to our online newsletter at the footer of our website.
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
All items purchased online, including sale items, can be returned for a full refund for up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Shipping costs are excluded. To return goods please:
1) Repackage your items carefully and securely.
2) Enclose the completed returns form in the package. (Returns form can be found HERE)
3) Return to Frank Bird within 14 days and provide written notification to customerservice@frankbird.co.uk
If you’re not perfectly satisfied with your order, you may return items within 14 days. Returned products must be in new, unused and in unworn condition with attached security seal, original packaging and garment tags still attached. Please note we will not accept returns with removed security tags. We do not accept any items with indication that it was used. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued. For faulty or late returns past the 14 day return period please contact us on customerservice@frankbird.co.uk
Goods are returned to Frank Bird at the expense and risk of the customer. We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for proof of postage. We can’t be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. Please note items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder.
ONLINE CHRISTMAS RETURNS
For purchases between 15th November and 24th December, you may return items up until the 15th January. For purchases made from 25th December onwards, our normal policy of 14 Days will apply.
ONLINE REFUND POLICY
Once the returned item has been received by the store and if it complies with our Returns Policy, you will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. Please note, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
